1. Do they have offices in both Greece and the Philippines?

2. Are they licensed and compliant?

The agency must be registered with Greek employment authorities. In the Philippines, they should work with POEA-licensed partners. Always ask for proof of registration.

3. What is their candidate screening process?

At minimum, the agency should: conduct in-person or video interviews, verify work history and references, perform background checks (NBI clearance), and verify certifications and skills.
